Treatment time with Helix usually depends on the area and the type of session:

CoolPeel® → Very minimal downtime. Expect some redness (like a sunburn) for 1–2 days, with mild roughness or dryness as skin renews. Most people are back to normal routines the next day.
Sultra® → Virtually no downtime. You might see slight pinkness or feel warmth right after treatment, but this fades within hours.
Fusion™ → More recovery required. Expect redness, swelling, and a sandpapery feel for about 4–6 days. Skin gradually heals to reveal smoother, firmer texture.
